There are a number of ways you can enjoy The Yoga Practice Online


Join the DAILY YOGA FIX monthly this gives you continuous access to the 100 plus videos and access to the 2 weekly LIVESTREAM sessions

(this can be cancelled at anytime)

Join the DAILY YOGA FIX 24 hr PASS this gives you 24 hours access to the 100 plus videos and access to a LIVESTREAM session if it falls within the 24 hour timeframe

Each week 2 LIVE classes are streamed from the studio. Monday 8.00pm & Thursday 7.45pm. To join the class from the comfort of your own home.

1 to 1 Yoga

A YOGA sessions tailored for your individual needs. First you will be asked to fill in a questionannaire, then well arrange a time to meet online for 1hr 15 mins. The sessions will be recorded and available to you for 3 months to use as often as you like.

Postnatal Rebuild

6 week course for postnatal mums to re-strengthen your body , returning you to your pre-pregnancy state of better.

Body Basics

6 week course for BEGINNERS or anyone who has an INJURY and wants to get back into yoga, safely. Everyone will learn something new about their body!

 

Rest, Release and Recover

4 week course, for those struggling with stress or anxiety, using techniques to calm down the nervous system.  At the end of the 4 weeks you will feel like a new person!

Yoga Align

6 week course for ALL levels using traditional yoga techniques and myofascial balls. This course will release deep physical tension helping you get the best out of the postures.

Yoga for Experienced

A 6 week course for those who have been practicing yoga consistently for more than a year or two. You will "happily" practice Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Headstand (Sirasasana) with props.
