Flow into the Weekend

You will be taken through a lovely flowing routine (vinyasa) where one pose seamless links to the other by way of transition moves.
The class will warm your body up slowly and end will an amazing relaxation that you may find you don’t want to go home!
Class for beginners so no previous experience necessary and every body type or stiffness will be catered for.
