Have you ever watched a yoga flow and thought “I wish I could do that”?
This class will break down the yoga postures and will introduce linking sequences that work for your body.
Before you know the movements become second nature.
You will be given options to keep the class at your own level, for your own body and your own needs. Each class will be different although very quickly you will find a regular pattern as your body begins to interpret the flow.
A class for beginners but if more experienced alternates will be given.
