Rope and Ball Workshop
This 2 hour workshop will leave you feeling like you have a brand new body!
First we’ll release tension from your tight spots, using massage balls. As we ‘roll’, on the ‘grippy’ balls, we will take hold of the skin, underlying fascia and muscle beneath.
We will :
- awaken our proprioceptive nerve endings
- release deep muscle tension
- calm our nervous system
We will then perform a set of yoga postures using the yoga wall.
The wall intensifies the stretch by stabilising certain areas of the body then using gravity to help intensify and safely stretch.
Some experience of yoga is required and a sense of humour!
