Yoga for the Less Flexible
Reasons for being less flexible?
Genetic makeup, injuries, ageing process, sport specific imbalance causing tightness is various muscles (ie, cycling, running, golf, football.)
This class will help regain functional movement at your own pace; help with generalised aches and pains; make you more aware of your movements that can be exacerbating your stiffness/aches.
Each student will be given props and instructions to suit their body and ability.
Note: If more experienced than you will work deeper and stronger!
