About The Trainer:

Gareth is an qualified instructor with many years experience in first aid training both adult and paediatric. He has previous hospital based experience and is currently an operationally competent tactical medic.
As a keen sportsman, first introduced to yoga through attending little greene yoga with his son, he understands the need for specific and targeted first aid, having coached ice hockey for both kids and adults for a number years. The injuries seen at hockey are vastly different to those seen in a yoga studio and they are different to those that would occur in a weightlifting gym so it makes sense that the first aid course would be tailored to ensure maximum benefit.

What to Expect:

Assessment will be ongoing throughout the day and the course will run from 9.15 – 4.30 with all successful candidates receiving a certificate valid for 3 years.
