Children's Yoga Teacher 3 - 8 Years

During an attempt to get fit in 2015, Lyndsey started practicing yoga at home. Having previously thought she wasn’t flexible enough or the “yoga type”, Lyndsey soon discovered that yoga was exactly what she needed both physically and mentally. Lyndsey has since integrated yoga into her daily life and believes she is the fittest and healthiest she has ever been.

A mother of two and a family support co-ordinator for a parent befriending charity, Lyndsey knows that life can be nonstop. Attending a course in mindfulness, prompted Lyndsey to research children’s yoga as a way of combining her love of yoga and her experience of working with young children.
