"The Yoga Practice"

This 2 hour workshops will leave you feeling like you have a brand new body!
First we’ll release tension from your tight spots, using massage balls. As we ‘roll’, on the ‘grippy’ balls, we will take hold of the skin, underlying fascia and muscle beneath.

We will :

  • awaken our proprioceptive nerve endings
  • release deep muscle tension
  • calm our nervous system

We will then perform a set of yoga postures using the yoga wall.

The wall intensifies the stretch by stabilising certain areas of the body then using gravity to help intensify and safely stretch.

Some experience of yoga is required and a sense of humour!

Places on workshops is limited so please book well in advance.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start. Once the class has started the front door will be locked so there is no late entry. Often there is a class just before your own so don’t come any earlier than 15 minutes before you’re class starts.

If you have a yoga mat then bring it with you though there are plenty of mats in the studio to use.
